Colorful and Optimistic Brand and Website for a Coach

Creating a personal and community brand for a coach for executive assistants

When Fleur Rijk approached us, she had a vision for two interconnected but distinct brands: one for her personal identity and another for the vibrant community of executive assistants she is cultivating.

Who is Fleur Rijk?

Fleur is a seasoned senior executive assistant with over 12 years of experience supporting C-level executives, entrepreneurs, and influential leaders. Her passion for the assistant profession shines through her work, where she provides career coaching for assistants and organizes networking events to foster industry connections.

The Project Goals

Initially, Fleur came to us seeking a personal website. However, as we delved deeper into her goals, it became clear she also needed a separate brand for her community. These two brands had to be distinct in tone and style, yet cohesive in their connection to her overarching vision.

The Design Approach

  • Personal Brand: Fleur’s personal brand exudes vibrancy with a colorful and feminine aesthetic. The design is trendy but avoids feeling overly playful, striking a balance between professionalism and creativity.

  • Community Brand: In contrast, the community brand offers a more relaxed, understated vibe. It retains femininity while feeling approachable and inclusive.

The two brands complement each other beautifully, maintaining a cohesive thread while serving their unique purposes.

Deliverables

Based on these two brand identities, we created an array of collateral to help Fleur bring her vision to life. This included:

  • Print designs

  • Social media templates

  • Presentation materials

The Result

The final product is a celebration of Fleur’s passion and expertise, brought to life through thoughtful, cohesive design. By developing these brands, we’ve equipped Fleur with the tools to grow her personal identity and nurture a thriving community of executive assistants.
