Stapen-Haus Properties is a development firm based in the British Columbia mountain resort, specializing in housing, from developing new construction to acquiring and preserving existing properties. Their mission is to create vibrant, resilient neighborhoods by integrating eco-friendly practices and promoting social inclusivity.
Stapen-Haus Properties has customized the Arch&Gold Squarespace template from our shop to create a unique and engaging website. This template was crafted specifically for the needs of real estate agencies, individual realtors, and interior design firms, which is why it has all the necessary pages and sections for their business.
The majority of the website’s sections are dark bluish-green which suggests trust and calm, aligning with the brand’s professional tone. To provide energy and to draw attention to key elements the design has an accent color for buttons, links, or highlights which is bright orange. When used as a section background color, it has a subtle gradient.
The website employs modern, sans-serif fonts consistent with the original template, ensuring clarity and a contemporary look.
The Homepage features a full-width hero collage image with a welcoming message, followed by sections highlighting the company's mission, properties, and services.
The Properties page showcases available properties in a grid layout, each with images and brief descriptions, facilitating easy browsing, while the About page provides information about the company's mission and story, using a combination of text and images to engage visitors.
