Fresh and Modern WordPress Website for Nutritionists
Web portal for connecting to specialists and booking appointments
Here is another fully-custom project our studio launched in early 2023 – a website for NY Nutrition Group. This is a large group nutrition practice with registered dietitians, nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists on staff. It is a web platform where one can easily find a dietitian online. They are registered dietitians who offer insurance-covered, personalized, and science-backed nutrition plans to help people achieve their health and wellness goals. They help people understand their body's individual needs and feel their best from the inside out.
The CEO of the company, Lisa Moscovitz, reached out to us with a request to build their website on WordPress. She needed a mobile-first website for a platform that connects nutritionists with patients and enables patients to get qualified help and book appointments online. The goal was to design a fast, lightweight, HIPAA-compliant, and stylish website that will attract leads to her business and will make the process of connecting to a qualified nutritionist easy and enjoyable.
Our studio mostly builds websites on Squarespace, but we also have an extensive experience with WordPress and Showit, so we are open to taking on projects to build websites on the platform of the client's choice.
With Virtual Nutrition Experts we started our work from the ground up, meaning that we also did the branding work – creating unique visuals and style for the website and the new brand. The color palette consists of calm beige, dusty pink, and white spiced up with mustard and terracotta accents. For the decoration, we created many appealing food cut-outs for the section backgrounds to create a collage effect.
There was also a stage of content coaching where we helped Lisa shape her website's content. The website has informative headlines, short and sweet paragraphs of text, and strategically placed CTAs.
We like to think everything through to the smallest detail, so we also added a green leaf favicon to the mood and feel of the design.
